About the Program

The program is designed specifically for working executives with a minimum of two years of experience at supervisory/ managerial level.
It offers them the flexibility of acquiring a world class management qualification without having to leave their present jobs/work assignments.
The unique case-based pedagogy will complement other traditional and innovative modes of course delivery. Experienced faculty members will take individual courses and the responsibility for learning and evaluation.
Specific projects will enhance the effectiveness of each of the courses and help optimal absorption of knowledge and concepts imparted.
The ICFAI University Sikkim provides access to world renowned databases, software and other facilities to the students which help them expand the horizons and enrich their learning experience

Eligibility:
- Graduate (any discipline) with 50% and above marks (as calculated by respective University) with medium of instruction as English.
- Applicants must have work experience in managerial or supervisory positions for at least 2 years.
- All applicants should have completed a minimum of 15 years of education (on 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 basis).
Candidates not meeting the eligibility criteria of English medium in graduation have to submit the TOEFL/ NELT/ IELTS score by Sep 19, 2024.
Duration

Program duration 2 Years. The classes will be held on all Sundays and Second Saturdays between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm.

The applicants will be shortlisted based on their academic qualifications and work experience. The shortlisted candidates will be called for the selection process in the month of Sep 16, 2024.

Selection Process

The selection process comprises of Micro presentation and Personal Interview.
Award of Degree

On successful completion of specified courses and projects, the candidates will be awarded the MBA degree by The ICFAI University, Sikkim

Admission Fee:

Selected candidates are required to pay an Admission Fee of Rs. 3,000 & the I Installment by Sep 19, 2024 through Demand Draft, NEFT, IMPS or Banker’s Cheque drawn in favour of “The ICFAI University, Sikkim-Fee Collection Account” payable at Gangtok, Sikkim

Caution Deposit:

A refundable Caution Deposit of Rs. 5,000 is to be paid along with the 1st installment of Program Fee. The Caution Deposit will be refunded without interest (after adjusting for dues, if any) on completion of the program. Students are expected to have their own laptops at the time of reporting to The ICFAI University, Sikkim.
